Partner carry 200 m (switch as needed)
50 cal row
50 partner sit-ups w/slamball
Wheel barrow down and back
50 KB swings 53/35 (partner holds own KB)
400 m keg carry (switch as needed)
1 round junkyard dog
50 T2B
50 push press with slamball
50 front rack lunges with slamball
200 m sprint
*Touch the wall when done
