For time:

42 GHD sit-ups (sub sit ups for GHD)
115/75 squat clean thrusters, 21 reps
30 GHD sit-ups
115/75 squat clean thrusters, 15 reps
18 GHD sit-ups
115/75 squat clean thrusters, 9 reps

Challenge:

10 Min EMOM

3 speed Dead lifts (drop at the top, set up for next dead lift)

do not exceed 50% 1RM
