WOD:

3 rounds for time of:
25 GHD sit-ups (weighted Sit-ups)
50-foot handstand walk (1 minute HS hold)
50-foot overhead walking lunge, 155 lb. (20 OH lunges)

Challenge:

5X5 Front squat 70% 1RM (90 second rest between sets)
